DESSA designed and supplied two Asterix HD beams spans in line with the full site temporary works design for Ford Castle. This was conducted for a returning customer following its success on a previous project. The lower level span was installed to integrate with the site scaffold layout. With the use of systemised components, the build speed was quick and efficient. Once installed, the beams, along with some system components, worked seamlessly to provide a 2m lift perfectly.
The upper Asterix HD span was installed to act as a stabilising shore between the two parallel scaffolds. This was due to there being no anchor points at this part of the building.
